Mines Development. 20.1.1 The Mine Operator shall, at all times during the Contract Period, ensure and procure the fulfilment of its obligations in respect of development of the Mines/ removal and depositing of Overburden, as the case may be, in accordance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, Mining Plan, the provisions of this Agreement and Standard Industry Practice.
