Extension of Inspection Period. Seller and Buyer hereby agree that the date on which the Inspection Period expires shall be further extended up to and including January 23, 2009.
Extension of Inspection Period. Purchaser's right to inspect and evaluate the Property and otherwise determine whether Purchaser shall purchase the Property (the "Inspection Period") shall be extended until December 31, 2007 at 5:00 p.m. EST without additional cost to Purchaser. However, the Deposit is nonrefundable to Purchaser, and if Purchaser does not purchase the Property, Seller shall be entitled to retain the Deposit.

Extension of Inspection Period. Purchaser shall have the right to extend the Inspection Period by 3 additional periods of 30 days each. In order to extend the Inspection Period for the initial extension and each successive extension, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller notice as required by this Agreement at least 5 days' prior to the then-existing Inspection Period. In the event of the extension of the Inspection Period for the third such extension, [AMOUNT] of the Xxxxxxx Money shall be paid to Seller by Title Company and be nonrefundable to Purchaser.
Extension of Inspection Period. Buyer shall have a one (1) time right to extend the Inspection Period by sixty (60) days upon written notice to Seller prior to expiration of the Inspection Period.
Extension of Inspection Period. Pursuant to the terms of the Contract and the Second Amendment, the Inspection Period shall expire on Friday, June 4, 2004. However, Seller, Cantex and Purchaser hereby agree to extend the Inspection Period, including, but not limited to, the right to review the updated survey and title commitment, under the Contract to Monday, June 21, 2004.
Extension of Inspection Period. The Inspection Period (as defined in Section 1.2(d) of the Agreement) shall be and hereby is extended to 5:00 p.m. (local time at the Property) on March 10, 2005. All references in the Agreement to the Inspection Period shall refer to the Inspection Period as so extended. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Purchaser’s right to terminate the Agreement before the end of the Inspection Period pursuant to Section 2.3 of the Agreement, shall refer to the Inspection Period as so extended.
Extension of Inspection Period. If third party studies reveal any adverse environmental, geotechnical conditions or rezoning classifications which might adversely affect the immediate multi-family development of the Property, then upon written notice to Seller (which shall include copies of such third-party reports), the Inspection Period may be extended by up to two (2) 90 days periods from its current expiration date.
Extension of Inspection Period. Seller and Buyer agree to extend the Inspection Period set forth in paragraph 4 of the Agreement until December 1, 2003.
