• If Buyer designates a Third-Party SC, then Buyer shall give Seller Notice of such designation at least ten (10) Business Days before the Third-Party SC assumes Scheduling Coordinator duties hereunder, and Seller shall be entitled to rely on such designation until it is revoked or a new Third-Party SC is appointed by Buyer upon similar Notice.
