End of the Inspection Period definition

End of the Inspection Period means the Effective Date.

  • Until the End of the Inspection Period, the provisions of Sections 9.2 and 9.5, and not the provisions of this Section 4.4, shall control the disposition of the Deposit.

  • Similarly, if this Agreement is terminated after the End of the Inspection Period due to a default by Seller, Escrow Holder is hereby instructed to promptly return the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit, together with any interest earned thereon, to Buyer.


More Definitions of End of the Inspection Period

End of the Inspection Period means 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the date that is thirty (30) days from the Effective Date.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Due Diligence Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
