Notice or Notices. All requests, demands and other communications, in writing (including telecopy communications), sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, overnight delivery service, telecopy or hand delivery to the other party at that party's Principal Office.

Notice or Notices means a written document signed by an authorized representative of either party to this Agreement, providing formal notification and sent by either: (1) Depositing in the U.S. Mail or commercial express mail, prepaid, to the address of the authorized representative of the other party. Notice will be effective on the post­ marked date. (2) Hand­delivery to the other party's authorized representative, as set forth in the Agreement.
