More Definitions of Notice or Notices

Notice or Notices means a written document signed by an authorized representative of either party to this Agreement, providing formal notification and sent by either: (1) Depositing in the U.S. Mail or commercial express mail, prepaid, to the address of the authorized representative of the other party. Notice will be effective on the post­ marked date. (2) Hand­delivery to the other party's authorized representative, as set forth in the Agreement. This Notice shall be effective on the date of receipt. (3) Email with receipt confirmation.
Notice or Notices means the short form and long form of notice as approved by the BC Court and the Quebec Court described in Section 10.
