Extension of the Plan. If the planned work for the professional recognition step increases has not been completed within three (3) years, application may be made for a one (1) year extension. During that extension, should the applicant experience an exceptional circumstance, petition may be made to the PRC for further extension of time. Such petition shall state the period of extended time requested and identify the exceptional circumstance.
