Common use of Extension of the Term of Employment Clause in Contracts

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31, 2007, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31, 20072009, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, Agreement is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31October 15, 20072014, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to any of the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) Section 5 or Section 6 of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, Agreement is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31for one year ending on October 9, 20072019, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties, or (ii) sooner terminated pursuant to any of the provisions of Section 5 or Section 6 of the Employment Agreement.

The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, Agreement is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31October 15, 20072016, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to any of the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) Section 5 or Section 6 of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31, 20072006, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amendedset forth in Section 5.1 thereof, is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31, 20072004, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to any of the provisions of any of set forth in Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31, 20072008, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, Agreement is hereby extended and for an additional one year period and, therefore, shall continue to December 31in effect until October 15, 20072017, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties, or (ii) sooner terminated pursuant to any of the provisions of Section 5 or Section 6 of the Employment Agreement.

Extension of the Term of Employment. The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amendedamended by the First Amendment, is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31, 20072005, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.

The term of Executive’s employment under the Employment Agreement, as heretofore amended, Agreement is hereby extended and shall continue to December 31October 15, 20072015, unless the Executive’s employment is either (i) sooner terminated pursuant to any of the provisions of any of Sections 5.2 through 5.7 (inclusive) Section 5 or Section 6 of the Employment Agreement, or (ii) further extended by mutual written agreement of the parties.
