EXTENT OF CONTRACT. This Contract, together with the attachments, represents the entire and integrated Contract between the City of Oskaloosa (“City”) and (“Contractor”) and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. These parties have executed this Contract and it shall be effective as of the signed date below. This contract may be amended, modified, or added to only by written agreement signed by both parties.
