Extent of Services; Vacations and Days Off. (a) During the term of his employment under this Agreement, the Employee shall devote substantially all of his time, energy and attention during regular business hours to the benefit and business of the Employer in performing his duties pursuant to this Agreement.

During the Consulting Term, the Employee shall only be required to perform services for the Employer on days as may be agreed upon from time to time by the parties.
