Extent of Services; Vacations and Days Off. (a) During the term of his employment under this Agreement, Executive shall devote full time, energy and attention during regular business hours to the benefit and business of the Company and its subsidiaries as may be reasonably necessary in performing his duties pursuant to this Agreement.
