Common use of Extent of Services; Vacations and Days Off Clause in Contracts

Extent of Services; Vacations and Days Off. (a) During the term of his employment under this Agreement, Executive shall devote full time, energy and attention during regular business hours to the benefit and business of the Company and its subsidiaries as may be reasonably necessary in performing his duties pursuant to this Agreement. (b) Executive shall be entitled to vacations with pay and to such personal and sick leave with pay in accordance with the policy of the Company as may be established from time to time by the Company and applied to other senior officers of the Company.

Extent of Services; Vacations and Days Off. (a) During the term of his employment under this Agreement, Executive shall will devote full substantially all of his professional time, energy and attention during regular business hours to the benefit and business of the Company and its subsidiaries as may be reasonably necessary in performing his duties pursuant to this Agreement. (b) Executive shall will be entitled to vacations with pay four (4) weeks of paid vacation and to such personal and sick leave with pay paid personal/sick/bereavement days in accordance with the policy of the Company as may be established from time to time by the Company and applied to other senior officers of the Companypolicy.
