Exterior Building Materials. Golden Eagle and Eagles Ridge were originally intended to be all brick communities. The ACC will continue to strive toward this objective. Samples of all exterior building materials with manufacturers’ identification data shall be supplied to the ACC. The following materials are acceptable: Brick, stone or stucco shall be the primary exterior material for all elevations of the house and chimney. Where structural or architectural concerns dictate, other proposed material may be submitted and approved by the ACC. In Eagles Ridge Units 1, 2 & 3 brick is required on all four sides. T1-11, cementous siding, waferwood and horizontal lap siding may be approved only as an accent material.

Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Building Codes The following Building Codes, in the latest editions approved by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, shall be used. (See O.C.G.A. §8-2-20.) The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions. As of the year 2000, these codes are published jointly by the Southern Building Code Congress International, the International Code Council, the Building Officials and Code Administrators, International, and the International Conference of Building Officials, and are commonly referred to as the International Building Codes.
