Exterior Signage. Landlord agrees to provide tenant space for signage on the Building's monument sign. Tenant's sign is subject to the approval of Landlord. Examples of Exterior Signage in a sentence

  • Exterior Signage Signage on the exterior of the building or signage at the entrance to the building will only be permitted for major Tenants where there is special authority included in the Lease or the Offer to Lease.

More Definitions of Exterior Signage

Exterior Signage is defined in SECTION 9.9.
Exterior Signage and each individual exterior sign an “Exterior Sign”) and the Pylon Signage shall be (i) created pursuant to design(s) and placements on the Property that shall be mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant (it being expressly acknowledged and agreed that all Exterior Signage shall be installed only in the locations set forth on Exhibit “J” and that the Pylon Signage shall be in the locations of the Existing Pylon Signs), (ii) in compliance with (1) the City of Baltimore’s laws and specifications, and any other rules, regulations or restrictions affecting the Property and (2) sign criteria reasonably established by Landlord for tenants at the Project, such sign criteria attached hereto as Exhibit “F”. Subject to the terms of this Section 6.4, Tenant shall have the exclusive right to install Exterior Signage in the locations set forth on Exhibit “J”, subject to any existing (or replacement) signage of Landlord at the Property, including but not limited to the vertical “The Can Company” sign on the corner of the Signature Building and the “American Can Company” historic neon sign at the east facing roof parapet.
Exterior Signage. There shall be three (3) exterior building signs ("wall signs") permitted on the parapet above the second story window line, one facing Xxxxxx Boulevard, one facing the Marina Freeway and one on the rear of the building (facing the outdoor eating area). Said wall signs shall not extend more than eight (8") inches from the wall, shall be parallel with the wall, shall not project above the top of the wall or parapet. Said signs may not be larger than three (3) feet in height nor more than nine (9) feet in length. Said signs may be back-lit, but may not contain copy or lighting on any surface parallel with the wall other than the sign face. The copy for wall signs may either be the tenant's name, a "d.b.
Exterior Signage as defined in Section 28.3 of the Office Lease, may include, at Tenant’s option (and subject to the terms of Section 28.3 of the Office Lease, including without limitation Landlord’s approval rights) one (1) additional exterior sign displaying Tenant’s name outside of each exterior entry to the Ground Floor Expansion Premises.
Exterior Signage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 41.1 of this Lease.
Exterior Signage. Appurtenant to the Premises, Tenant has the right to install, repair, maintain and replace one (1) sign on the exterior of the building known as the Science Building, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx at the location, and on the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease. The Lease contains additional terms and conditions not enumerated herein. This instrument is executed as a notice of the Lease only and shall not be deemed to vary any terms and conditions of the Lease.
Exterior Signage as defined in Section 28.3 of the Initial Lease, may include, at Tenant’s option (and subject to the terms of Section 28.3 of the Initial Lease, including without limitation Landlord’s approval rights) (i) one (1) additional exterior sign displaying Tenant’s name in the Building’s courtyard and (ii) one (1) additional exterior sign displaying Tenant’s name on the front of the Building, the exact location of each to be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld.
