Common use of Exterior Construction Documents Clause in Contracts

Exterior Construction Documents. Upon approval of the Exterior Drawings by the City, taking into account the recommendations of the Historic Preservation Commission, Redeveloper shall prepare or have prepared the exterior construction documents (“Exterior Construction Documents”) which shall be submitted to the Mayor for his review and approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The Exterior Construction Documents and exterior construction materials shall be reviewed by the Mayor and approved only if they are prepared from and in substantial conformance with the approved Exterior Drawings, and in substantial conformity with this Redevelopment Agreement.
