Exterior Walls, Siding, and Other Features. 1.3.1 Maintenance, repair or In-kind replacement of existing exterior walls, siding, trim, rails, joints, stucco, or veneer; existing decking, porches, landings, stairs, railings, guardrails or handrails; existing canopies or awnings; or existing building numbers and signs. If Historic Fabric must be replaced, it will be replaced In-kind to match the configuration, material, size, detail, and construction method of the Historic Fabric.
