External Educational Assistance. 32.4.1 Employees may apply to their School Deans, or in the case of Librarian employees to the Xxxx of Library and Multicultural Learning, for leave to participate in external educational activities, e.g. programs and courses offered by educational institutions other than the University. The School Xxxx or Xxxx of Library and Multicultural Learning shall consider such application and may approve if pertinent to school or institutional needs. For leaves of one academic year or of six (6) months commencing July 1st, the application shall be made before the 1st of September of the Academic Year preceding that in which he/she proposes to begin the period of leave.   • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Educational Assistance Plan The state shall provide up to six credit hours of tuition-free courses per term at a state university or community college to full-time employees on a space available basis as authorized by law.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • Legal Assistance The Board shall give full support including legal and other assistance for any assault upon the employee while properly acting in the discharge of his/her duties.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:

  • Roadside Assistance If you purchase the optional Roadside Assistance, we will provide you with 24/7 breakdown assistance (where available) without additional charge. Roadside Assistance includes replacement of lost keys or key fobs, flat tire service, jumpstart, and key lockout services. When deciding whether to purchase Roadside Assistance, you may wish to check whether you have you have other coverage for the services. Roadside Assistance is not insurance. Roadside Assistance is void if you are in breach of this Agreement, including the prohibited uses in paragraph 5.

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • OPWC Financial Assistance Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein, the OPWC hereby agrees to provide to the Recipient financial assistance not to exceed the amount as set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement for the sole and express purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs certified to the OPWC under this Agreement for the completion of the Project (the "Funds").
