External Investment Manager. In addition to what is otherwise regulated in this fund agreement the Fund Manager shall, at the request of the Swedish Pensions Agency, submit such information about the External Investment Manager (including, if it has delegated the administration, information on the party carrying out the administration), its organisation and operations, including its Representatives and such other parties as the Swedish Pensions Agency deems necessary for the Fund Manager’s and the fund’s fulfilment of the terms and conditions in the fund agreement, and which the Fund Manager according to the terms and conditions of the fund agreement should have submitted if the Fund Manager itself carried out these investment and fund management services.
