Common use of External Services Clause in Contracts

External Services. (a) In the event that external personnel or consultants are required for expert opinion with respect to a Certification Services Variation, then, with the prior written approval of the PA Parties, any additional fees relating to such external personnel or consultants will be payable by the PA Parties at the agreed upon amount.
