Compensation Schedule Except as otherwise provided herein, employees shall be compensated within the pay range assigned to the classification of the position in which they are employed and in accordance with the pertinent conditions of employment enumerated in this Agreement. Benefits of Agreement; Assignment The terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, assigns, representatives, heirs and estate, as applicable. This Agreement shall not be assignable by ALPS without the express written consent of the Trust. Any purported assignment in violation of the immediately preceding sentence shall be void and of no effect.

You acknowledge that your assignment, delegation, or other transfer of this Agreement will not relieve you of your obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement binds and inures to the benefit of the Parties and their respective permitted assignees and successors. 19.2 You shall notify bookinglab in writing, where practicable in advance of, but in any event as soon as reasonably possible after the occurrence of, any actual or proposed change in control of you. Where such change of control results or would result in a direct competitor of JRNI or bookinglab directly or indirectly owning or controlling 50% or more of you, bookinglab shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause immediately upon written notice to you.
ASSIGNMENT LIMITATION This Contract shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their successors and assigns; provided, however, that neither party shall assign its obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other.
Assignment; Benefit This Agreement is personal and may not be assigned by Employee. This Agreement may be assigned by Employer and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of Employer.
