Common use of Extra Services Clause in Contracts

Extra Services. Landlord shall, subject to all applicable Laws, seek to provide such utilities or services in excess of those Landlord is required to provide under § 8.1 above as Tenant may from time to time request, if the same are reasonable and feasible for Landlord to provide and do not involve modifications or additions to the Property or the Systems and Equipment and if Landlord shall receive Tenant’s request within a reasonable period prior to the time such extra utilities or services are required. Landlord may comply with written or oral requests by any officer or employee of Tenant, unless Tenant shall notify Landlord of, or Landlord shall request, the names of authorized individuals (up to three (3) for each floor on which the Premises are located) and procedures for written requests.
