Extra Work Time. Any time worked not in a regular route assignment will be paid actual worked time. This does not apply to established time +15/‐15 concept.

Extra Work Time. All employees required by their supervisor, to work or attend meetings beyond their normal work time shall be paid their regular hourly wage for the extra work time or, at the supervisor's discretion, be permitted to "FLEX" their work time, accordingly.

  • Work Time A. Work time includes time during which an employee:

  • Work Day/Work Week 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half).

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Four Day Work Week 28 1. If a holiday falls on an employee's first or second scheduled day 29 off, the preceding work day will be observed as that employee's holiday, or the 30 employee may choose to bank the holiday leave hours.

  • Work Day The standard work day shall be eight (8) consecutive hours of work exclusive of a lunch period in a consecutive twenty-four (24) hour day.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.
