Shuttles. If a driver has a high school shuttle as part of his or her regularly assigned route or run is absent, the high school shuttle will not be assigned to any driver as a substitute separate from the route or run to which it is assigned.
Shuttles. Residents are encouraged to use available transportation methods such as the UW Shuttles (includes Health Sciences Express, NightRide, South Lake Union, SCCA, Fred Hutch/SLU shuttle) and the SCH shuttles when commuting between clinical sites.
Shuttles. Shuttles will be rotated among available drivers by seniority.
Shuttles. Drivers shall be paid at their regular rate of pay when driving shuttles that involve continuous driving. A shuttle is defined as less than 30 miles round trip.
Shuttles. Shuttles will be posted at the beginning of each year, or when they become known. They will be posted individually (a.m., noon, or p.m.), or in a combination with other shuttles if the times are continuous. A shuttle may be assigned to a run without being posted only if it is immediately before or after the run and does not increase the run time over one (1) hour for a single run and two (2) hours for a double run. Shuttles that occur during the normal a.m. or p.m. routes will be posted as a route. All shuttles will be awarded to the highest seniority driver signing the posting provided that the shuttle when combined with the other regular hours worked will not exceed eight (8) hours. Any consistent transportation of students from one location to another that is not considered a field trip or regular route, shall be considered a shuttle.
Shuttles. All known shuttles will be posted separately from the routes and selected at the same time as the routes, by seniority, as has been done in the past. All shuttles will be mailed out on the packet with routes to the drivers ten (10) days prior to the selection day. All new shuttles will be posted for a period of three (3) days and be given to highest seniority drivers who signed up for the posting. If a shuttle cannot be driven on time by a driver after one (1) week of continuous driving, it goes to the next highest seniority person who signed for it on that posting. Shuttles are not guaranteed.

Shuttles. Shuttles are defined as transporting anyone, anywhere within the school district. Shuttles will be assigned utilizing the mid-day rotation list. Employees will not be able to take their shuttles off to do a trip. If a shuttle and a trip are on the same day, you may not take the trip if it conflicts with the shuttle time. Shuttles are paid ½ drive time and ½ layover time. Shuttles assigned that are “hands on” training (driver does the training) (ie: 4-yes bus training, kindergarten safety, etc.) will be paid at the employee’s regular hourly drive rate. Monthly Shuttles: Drivers will be assigned the shuttle on a monthly basis. Monthly shuttles will be assigned to the most senior employee who signs up. Shuttle will not be split up during the day. Shuttle assignments will not put a driver into overtime hours. A driver may “fill their plate to 40” and then the next senior driver who signed up for the shuttle will fulfill the remaining shuttle assignment. No switching assigned shuttles between drivers. When an employee takes a scheduled leave, the shuttle will be assigned by utilizing the mid-day rotation list. Emergency or unplanned leaves may be subbed by whoever is available at the time. Any employee who does not sign the mid-day rotation list will relinquish their rights to be asked to do such work. (Said list is addressed in Article A.3 – Section A.3.7 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.)
