Common use of Extracurricular Programming and Participation Clause in Contracts

Extracurricular Programming and Participation. Students enrolled at the Schools may join any extra-curricular activity offered to MISD students to the same extent as other students so long as participation does not interfere with the School’s schedule, tutorials, or other parts of the program as determined by the OP School leader and so long as such enrollment adheres to the rules and guidance of the University Interscholastic League (“UIL”).
