Extraordinary Termination Rights. The Controller may terminate the main contract in whole or in part without notice if the Processor does not fulfill its obligations under this contract, intentionally or grossly negligently violates provisions of the DSGVO or is unable or unwilling to carry out an instruction of the Controller. In the case of simple – i.e. neither intentional nor grossly negligent – violations, the Controller shall set the Processor a reasonable deadline within which the Processor can remedy the violation.
