Common use of FAA Prohibition Clause in Contracts

FAA Prohibition. If an FAA Determination, as defined in and pursuant to the procedures set out in the Cooperation Agreement, or any other regulatory authority prohibits LAWA from taking actions required by this Section IX, or threatens to withhold federal funding if LAWA takes actions required by this Section IX, then LAWA shall set aside $300,000 to the air quality fund described in Section XV.

FAA Prohibition. If an FAA Determination, as defined in and pursuant to the procedures set out in the Cooperation Agreement, or any other regulatory authority prohibits LAWA from taking actions required by this Section IXX.G, or threatens to withhold federal funding if LAWA takes actions required by this Section IXX.G, then LAWA shall set aside $300,000 500,000 to the air quality fund described in Section XV.

If an FAA Determination, as defined in and pursuant to the procedures set out in the Cooperation Agreement, or any other regulatory authority prohibits LAWA from taking actions required by Subsections A through C of this Section IXX, or threatens to withhold federal funding if LAWA takes actions required by Subsections A through C of this Section IXX, then LAWA shall set aside $300,000 1.7 million to the air quality fund described in Section XV.

If an FAA Determination, as defined in and pursuant to the procedures set out in the Cooperation Agreement, or any other regulatory authority prohibits LAWA from taking actions required by this Section IXVII, or threatens to withhold federal funding if LAWA takes actions required by this Section IXVII, then LAWA shall set aside $300,000 2 million to the air quality fund described in Section XV.
