Fab Only Wafer. Skyworks may purchase additional Fab Only Wafers from Jazz above the Skyworks Wafer Volume Commitment set forth in Paragraph 2.4, and at a price not to exceed the pricing set forth in Paragraph 5. The additional Wafers shall be ordered as fab-only Wafers by Skyworks without Probe Services. At Skyworks discretion and cost, Skyworks may request Jazz to provide Probe Services at a location approved by Skyworks.
