FABRICATION RATE. On all work specified in Article I of this Agreement, fabricated and/or assembled by journeyperson sheet metal workers and/or apprentices within the jurisdiction of this Union, or elsewhere, for erection and/or installation within the jurisdiction of any other Local Union affiliated with the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers’, whose established wage scale is higher than the wage scale specified in this Agreement, the higher wage scale of the job site Union shall be paid to the journeyperson employed on such work in the home shop or sent to the job site. Besides wage equalization between local unions, wage equalization will be required between “collective bargaining areas”.
