Common use of Facilities Agreement Clause in Contracts

Facilities Agreement. This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of August, 2018, by and between Ohio Power Company (“OPCO”) and AEP Ohio Transmission Company, Inc. (“OHTCO,” together with OPCO “AEP”), Washington Electric Cooperative (“WEC”), an Ohio not-for-profit corporation and Buckeye Power, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“Buckeye”), being sometimes herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”.

Facilities Agreement. This Agreement is entered into this 1st 17th day of AugustJuly, 2018, by and between Ohio Power Company (“OPCO”) and AEP Ohio Transmission Company, Inc. Company (“OHTCO,” together with OPCO “AEP”), Washington Electric Cooperative (“WEC”)South Central Power, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“SCP”) and Buckeye Power, Inc., an Ohio not-for-profit corporation (“Buckeye”), being sometimes herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”.
