Common use of Facilities and Costs Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Costs. 2.7.1 The Company shall provide the necessary facilities for all meetings in the grievance process. 2.7.2 Maintenance of normal earnings and payment of expenses shall be provided by the Company for all Union representatives on a grievance committee. 2.7.3 The fees of all arbitrators and costs associated with arbitration hearings shall be shared equally by the parties, subject to current practices.
