FACILITIES AND FACILITIES MODIFICATIONS. 51.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide special education and/or related services to students in facilities that comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances related, but not limited to: 51.1.1 illness prevention; 51.1.2 access by disabled persons; 51.1.3 fire, health, sanitation, and building standards and safety features and equipment; 51.1.4 fire alarm and suppression systems; 51.1.5 zoning permits; and 51.1.6 occupancy capacity. 51.2 When CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic school, CONTRACTOR shall conduct fire drills as required by Title 5 California Code of Regulations section 550. CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for any structural changes and/or modifications to CONTRACTOR’s facilities as required complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. 51.3 Failure to notify the LEA and CDE of any changes in, major modification or relocation of facilities may result in the suspension or revocation of CDE certification and/or suspension or termination of this Master Contract by the LEA.
