Common use of Facilities and Services Furnished Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Services Furnished. The Company will furnish the Employee with office space at its headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, and such other facilities, furniture, equipment and services as it may determine to be reasonably necessary for the performance of the Employee’s duties as set forth herein.
