Common use of Facilities and Services Furnished Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Services Furnished. The Company will furnish the Employee with office space and such other facilities, furniture, equipment and services as it may determine to be reasonably necessary for the performance of the Employee’s duties as set forth herein. It is acknowledged that as of the Effective Date, the Company is “virtual” and the Employee is using his own home for the Company office at no expense to the Company.
