Facilities and Temporary Accommodation. 4.1 Each of the Participating Authorities may have a number of facilities and/or locations that could be used in response to an Emergency. In certain circumstances it may be more appropriate for neighbouring Participating Authorities to request use of these facilities, although their use would depend on the scale and nature of the emergency.
