FACILITIES USE a. COLLEGE and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 15, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.
FACILITIES USE x. Xxxxxx College and LPS shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 15, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.
x. Xxxxxx College, as part of Section 15.3 of this CCAP Agreement, shall extend access and use of the following Xxxxxx College facilities:
FACILITIES USE. The Union will be permitted to use University facilities for meetings with prior approval subject to applicable University rules.
FACILITIES USE. The Association shall be allowed the use of the school buildings for public meetings provided such meetings do not result in unscheduled maintenance costs, and provided the meetings are not being held for a political purpose.
FACILITIES USE a. OCCD and FUSD shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 15, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.
b. OCCD, as part of Section 15.3 of this CCAP Agreement, shall extend access and use of the following OCCD facilities:
FACILITIES USE. A. MPCCD and SCHOOL DISTRICT shall adhere to the terms outlined in Section 16, Facilities, of this CCAP Agreement.
FACILITIES USE. The CEU shall have the right to use campus buildings, sites and equipment upon request and in accordance with California Education Code Sections 40040, et seq. (Civic Center Act and provisions contained in the Government Code Section 3543.
FACILITIES USE. Faculty may use college-owned and operated facilities for activities related to the duties and responsibilities of their employment subject to the standard College facilities use procedures and availability.
FACILITIES USE. The Association shall be granted from time to time, reasonable use of a room in a school district building for the purpose of conducting meetings of members of the bargaining unit when such use does not, in the judgment of the district, conflict with the use of the building by other groups or with the needs of the district. Such use shall be granted after school hours on school days. The district shall have the right to require the Association to pay for the actual costs of the use. The Association shall be granted reasonable use of a photocopy machine of the district for the purpose of making copies of proposals and counter proposals in connection with collective negotiations. The Association shall be granted reasonable use of a computer, Internet services, fax equipment, and a photocopy machine designated by the district for the purpose of making copies or notices of Association meetings or other local Association purposes. The Association shall, at the district’s discretion, pay the actual cost of the copies or replace the copy materials used. The maximum number of copies which may be produced per year under the Section shall not exceed three hundred (300). This usage should not interfere with any student’s usage of computers or internal services.
FACILITIES USE. The Association shall have the right to use such facilities and equipment as are normally located for teacher use within the school, as well as school audio-visual equipment at reasonable times and upon prior request to the principal or his/her designee, provided that such use does not interfere with the teaching of pupils or interrupt normal school activities and operations. Any cost of repairs beyond ordinary maintenance resulting from the use of such equipment, and the cost of materials and/or fees, shall be borne by the Association.
