Common use of Facilities and Trunking Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Trunking. a. CenturyLink will provide transport facilities to interconnect Carrier to CenturyLink’s SR, at rates found in Table 1 or, if ordered as switched or Special access or Special Access Service, then at rates found in the appropriate access tariff. Additionally, when diverse facilities are requested by Carrier, CenturyLink will provide such diversity where Technically Feasible and facilities are available at rates found in Table 1 or, if ordered as Switched Access Service or Special Access Service, then at rates found in the appropriate access tariff.
