Facilities and Trunking. 4.2.1 Where specified by the E911 Customer, Carrier shall provide or order from SBC-13STATE, transport and trunk termination to each SBC-13STATE 911 Selective Router that serves the areas in which Carrier is licensed to and will provide CMRS service.
