Common use of Facilities Description Clause in Contracts

Facilities Description. “Facilities” means all gathering pipelines, transportation pipelines, storage tanks, truck racks, terminal facilities, offices and related equipment, real estate and other assets, or portions thereof, conveyed, contributed or otherwise transferred or intended to be conveyed, contributed or otherwise transferred as of the Effective Date to the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries, or owned by, leased by or necessary for the operation of the business, properties or assets of the Partnership or any of its subsidiaries as of the Effective Date. In addition, if the Partnership acquires or constructs assets after the Effective Date, the assets directly connected to and constructed to support the operation of, or to replace any portion of, the Facilities shall automatically become a part of the Facilities.
