Utility Analysis Sample Clauses

Utility Analysis. Coordinate with the various utilities to determine the status of existing utilities and the availability and location (distance and direction) of future utilities necessary to serve the Project. Evaluate present and future Project utility requirements and make recommendations for sizing and utility connection locations. Review, analyze and calculate service requirements and determine the Project costs, including but not limited to the following: all engineering, construction, application, connection, service and hookup fees to extend and/or upgrade existing utilities required by the Project for review by LVMPD Facilities. Prepare all plans, drawings, studies and applications required by the various utilities, including but not limited to the following: final engineering drawings, for approval and signature by the utility.
Utility Analysis. ‌ We analyze the utility of DSFT and DSAT using (α, σ)-usefulness in definition 4.1.2 and show the conclusions in theorem 4.3.1 and 4.3.2. Since we assume LPA as the DP histogram release method, the conclusions can be heuristically used as the upper bound when new methods better than LPA are employed. Here d(Hi, Hj) denotes L1 distance between Hi and Hj. 3.1. The error of datasets at non-sampling time points are obtained via the error bound of the decision stage in lemma 4.3.2. Lemma 4.3.1. (Sum of Independent Laplace variables [34]) Suppose that X1, , Xn are independent Laplace random variables, with each Xi following a Lap(bi) distri- bution. Denote Z = Σn Xi and bM = maxibi. Then for all x ≥ √Xx 0 xxx 0x0 0 < λ < 2√2γ2 , we have Pr[Z > λ] ≤ exp(− λ2 ).
Utility Analysis. Summary of annual energy use and costs of existing or base-year condition (by fuel type and in dollars and energy units), to include at a minimum: 3.1. Description and itemization of current billing rates, including demand charges, schedules, and riders 3.2. Summary of all utility bills for all fuel types (minimum of three years) 3.3. Base year consumption and description of how established 3.4. End-use reconciliation with base year (include discussion of any unusual findings)
Utility Analysis based on a review of the information provided in the Site Survey, determine the availability and capacity of all required building utilities. Provide soils analysis and preliminary design for on-site septic/sewage treatment facilities, if required.
