Common use of FACILITIES, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. 21 CONTRACTOR shall: provide all facilities, equipment, material, and supplies, as well as any other 22 resources OCEMS deems necessary to provide the required services; maintain a neat, clean, and 23 professional appearance of equipment and facilities; ensure all equipment and supplies are readily 24 available and accessible from the interior portions of the patient transportation compartment; and, use 25 the same or compatible patient care equipment as standardized 9-1-1 ALS provider agency equipment.
