Common use of FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED Clause in Contracts

FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED. The Airport shall allow the Operator, in common with other authorized ground transportation operators to use, in the conduct of services under this Agreement, designated pick- up areas at Terminal A/B, Terminal C and the Ground Transportation Center to provide services to Operator’s pre-arranged and scheduled passengers. Operator may drop-off passengers at curbside Terminal A/B and Terminal C at the appropriate airline check-in area. Designated pick- up and drop-off areas are depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.

FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED. The Airport shall allow the Operator and Operator’s Driver(s), in common with other authorized ground transportation operators to use, in the conduct of services under this Agreement, the designated pick- up areas at Terminal A/B, queuing area adjacent to Terminal C and the Ground Transportation Center to provide services taxi service to arriving passengers. The Operator and Operator’s pre-arranged and scheduled passengers. Operator Driver(s), in common with other authorized ground transportation operators, may drop-off passengers at curbside Terminal A/B and Terminal C at the appropriate airline check-in area. Designated pick- pick-up and drop-off areas for taxicab services are depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
