Facility Documents, Assigned Documents and Transaction Documents. An original duly executed copy of each of the Facility Documents and a copy, certified as a true copy by the Bluewater Group’s solicitors or such other person as may be acceptable to the Facility Agent, of each of the Assigned Documents and the other Transaction Documents.
