Facility Emergency Preparedness. (a) prepare and revise, as necessary, an Emergency Plan for the Facilities consistent with the requirements of the Applicable Laws and the Client’s Emergency Plans; (b) establish procedures for managing foreseeable emergencies or abnormal conditions affecting the Facilities.
