FACILITY PLANNING REPORT. Prepare updates to the City’s 2016 Facility Planning Report, in conformance with Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) requirements. The Report will outline any changes from the submitted plan to the design scope. Provide three copies of the Amendment to the City for review, comments, and approval. Submit the Amendment to the IEPA for review, comments, and approval.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
