Common use of Facility Sizing Clause in Contracts

Facility Sizing. The Parties will mutually agree on the appropriate sizing of the transport facilities and on the number of trunks. The capacity of transport facilities provided by each Party will be based on mutual forecasts and sound engineering practice, as mutually agreed to by the Parties.
