Facility Usage. THE FACILITIES MAY NOT BE RENTED OR USED FOR COMMERCIAL, POLITICAL, OR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES. PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE SOLD ON PREMISES FOR PROFIT OF ANY INDIVIDUAL OR COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE EXCEPT BY INVITATION AND APPROVAL GRANTED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OR MANAGEMENT STAFF. SMOKING: NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PREMISES, OR WITHIN 20 FEET OF ANY RECREATION AREA.
Facility Usage. The Union shall have the right to use school building facilities after school hours for Union business on the same basis as the Employer's policy permits their use to other community groups. No charge shall be made to the Union for such use, in cases where custodians must be called to open and close buildings.
Facility Usage. A. The MTA officers and faculty representatives shall have the right to insert materials pertaining to the MTA in teachers' mailboxes and to send such materials through the interschool mail system and/or through email. It is understood and agreed that such materials will not promote or give notice of illegal or unlawful acts.
B. The MTA officers and faculty representatives shall have the privilege of using space on bulletin boards in each building teacher lounge(s) for MTA business. The display of materials of any inflammatory or slanderous nature shall be prohibited. It is understood and agreed that such materials will not promote or give notice of illegal or unlawful acts.
C. The MTA shall have the right to use school facilities in accordance with Board policy. Any associated fees will be waived.
Facility Usage. The Association shall have the right to use institutional bulletin boards, mailboxes, equipment and the use of the school mail system and other District means of communication for the posting or transmission of information or notices concerning Association matters. The Association shall forward a copy of any general notice materials to be posted or sent through inter office mail to the Superintendent simultaneously with the mailing or posting. The Association shall have the right to use institutional facilities at reasonable times for the purpose of meetings concerned with the rights of the Association under Government Code 3543.1(b). The Association shall schedule such usage in advance with the appropriate administrator, and previously scheduled public usage of the facility shall take precedence.
Facility Usage. The facility may not be reserved more than one (1) year in advance. No facilities may be used for fund raising purposes without prior approval from the POA. Sales of Alcohol is prohibited. Request for periodic, regularly recurring use of the facility must be approved by the POA. Hours: The facility may be rented Monday-Sunday 10am to 11pm. The facility may not be used past 11pm without prior approval from the POA Committee. Please allow appropriate time for setup before the event and cleanup after your event.
Facility Usage. A. The Organization shall have the right to schedule the use of the facility on the subject properties during the agreed upon use period defined in this paragraph
B. Organization shall have use of the property or any agreed upon portion thereof during the times defined in Section X. Xxxxxxxxx County may schedule other public and/or private uses of Recreation & Aquatic Center areas during times which the Organization isn’t using the property. The Organization may schedule use of the property at other times by submitting a written request to HCRD. Such requests shall be approved by HCRD provided there is no conflict in the schedule and any additional fees agreed upon by the Organization are paid in advance of the use.
C. All of the subject property shall be available for public use by the citizens at all times not scheduled for Organization activities. Habersham County reserves the right to schedule and utilize subject property, including structures and other facilities, for uses at all times not scheduled by the Organization.
D. Organization may modify this schedule from time to time with the approval of Habersham County.
Facility Usage. Any changes or alterations to the premises require the permission of the Pastor.
Facility Usage. RTI will provide DVC with classroom space for the following schedule of DVC classes: < 4 classrooms from 6:30 p.m. - 9:45 p.m., Monday through Thursday < 4 classrooms from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday DVC facility usage for the above schedule will continue for a five-year period ending June 30, 2007.
Facility Usage. The HESPA, MEA/NEA and its members shall have the right to use the school building facilities before or after regular class hours and during lunch time. Such use of the building for HESPA, MEA/NEA meetings must be arranged with the building administration in advance. The administration retains the right of room assignment. Bulletin boards and mailboxes shall be made available to the HESPA, MEA/NEA for the posting or placement of materials relating to official business of the HESPA, MEA/NEA official. All such materials shall be sent to the Superintendent’s office at the time of such posting.
Facility Usage. The Union may use inter-office mail service for school business. The Union and/or committees thereof may use school buildings, school facilities, and equipment when they are not in use for school purposes, but shall reimburse the Board for any costs incurred by that use. There will be no cost charged to the Union for its use of buildings or facilities, except if they are opened or provided for the sole use of the Union.
