Common use of Facility Usage Clause in Contracts

Facility Usage. A. The MTA officers and faculty representatives shall have the right to insert materials pertaining to the MTA in teachers' mailboxes and to send such materials through the interschool mail system and/or through email. It is understood and agreed that such materials will not promote or give notice of illegal or unlawful acts. B. The MTA officers and faculty representatives shall have the privilege of using space on bulletin boards in each building teacher lounge(s) for MTA business. The display of materials of any inflammatory or slanderous nature shall be prohibited. It is understood and agreed that such materials will not promote or give notice of illegal or unlawful acts. C. The MTA shall have the right to use school facilities in accordance with Board policy. Any associated fees will be waived.
