Facility Visits and F3 Feed Samples. Each Entrant Team shall permit Judges to conduct an examination of the representative companies, each partner companies, End Customers’ and Distributors’ F3 Feed(s). Judges may examine any related production, processing, storage or distribution facilities in order to verify Entrant Team’s compliance with the F3 Feed Guidelines and Requirements, including but not limited to, providing requested feed samples to Judges for laboratory testing. Judges may visit Entrant Team’s, End Customers’, Distributors’ place of business to examine F3 Feed production processes during Entrant Team’s normal working hours with reasonable advance notice. To the extent any facilities are not under the control of the Entrant Team, if requested by the Judges, Entrant Team agrees to facilitate introductions and arrange visits by the Judges with the applicable third parties to inspect the premises and processes. Judges shall pay for the cost of the examination, including but not limited to, laboratory testing.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.

  • Additional Requirements for Sleeping Rooms The Contractor shall provide departing Attendees a secured area for storing belongings.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Alternate Facilities If under Purchaser’s Operating Schedule, roads needed for the removal of Included Timber differ substantially from Specified Roads, other roads may be added to A7. Contracting Officer shall assure that road routing, location, design, and needed easements will make such other roads acceptable as parts of the National Forest transportation facilities. Purchaser shall provide survey, design, and construction staking for such other roads.

  • Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein.
