Factor 3: Susceptibility to Cleanup or Abatement (1 = less than 50% of the discharge is susceptible to cleanup or abatement) A score of 0 is assigned if the discharger cleans up 50% or more of the discharge within a reasonable time, while a score of 1 is assigned if less than 50% of the discharge is susceptible to clean up, or if 50% of the discharge is susceptible to cleanup or abatement, but the discharger failed to clean up 50% or more of the discharge within a reasonable time. The discharge was not susceptible to cleanup or abatement. Therefore, this factor is assessed with a score of 1. Final ScorePotential for Harm is 7.

  • Disturbance Analysis Data Exchange The Parties will cooperate with one another and the NYISO in the analysis of disturbances to either the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System by gathering and providing access to any information relating to any disturbance, including information from disturbance recording equipment, protective relay targets, breaker operations and sequence of events records, and any disturbance information required by Good Utility Practice.
