Factory Inspections. Buying Agent shall, from time to time as required by the Purchase Documents or as otherwise requested by Exxxx Bxxxx, visit the manufacturing and other facilities of Seller as may be necessary or appropriate to complete any inspections permitted or required by the Purchase Documents or this Agreement, including supervision and confirmation of corrections identified in any inspection or otherwise requested by Exxxx Bxxxx.
