Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment (even if the Operator is the owner of the Equipment or owner of a company that owns the Equipment) and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.
AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager. Contracted Services The Employer agrees that all work coming under the jurisdiction of this Union, in the certified area, performed by anyone, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Employer, directly or indirectly under the Contract or sub-Contract, shall be performed by employees who are members of this Union or employees who shall become members. The terms and conditions of employment for all of these employees will be those set out in this Collective Agreement and all employees will be covered under the terms and conditions of a single Collective Agreement.
Service Areas The MCP agrees to provide services to Aged, Blind or Disabled (ABD) members, Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) members, and Adult Extension members residing in the following service area(s): Central/Southeast Region ☐ Northeast Region ☐ West Region ☐ The ABD and MAGI categories of assistance are described in OAC rule 5160-26-02. The Adult Extension category is defined in Ohio’s Medicaid State Plan as authorized by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The MCP shall serve all counties in any region they agree to serve.
Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.
